Deadline to submit is 11/6!

We are holding OPEN auditions for six new FCI featured house team shows premiering in 2025 and some existing Thursday and Friday teams.

Everyone is eligible to submit their interest in auditioning!
Current house team members who wish to be on one of these teams or switch to another team must audition. No one has been cast on these teams yet.

Rehearsals will begin in mid to late November. Shows will begin in the first few months of 2025.

*** Deadline is Wednesday, November 6th at midnight! *** SUBMIT NOW

If you are selected to audition, you will receive an email with your audition date and time by the end of the day on Thursday, 11/7.  If you are not selected to audition for this round, you will receive an email from us by the end of the day on Friday, 11/8.

REQUIREMENTS: We seek experienced, talented, and collaborative improvisers who can commit to regular rehearsals and shows. Most importantly, you agree to our performer’s Code of Conduct (review here: https://www.finestcityimprov.com/community-standards-conduct/).  Prior FCI class experience is not required to audition, and there is no class-level pre-reg.

There are three potential audition times: 11/9 9:30-12:30, 11/16 9:30-12:30, and 11/17 6:30-9:30.  If selected for an audition, you will be invited to one of these dates/times. The form asks for your availability.

We will treat the audition like an improv workshop, where Skyler, Brandon, and the show’s Creative Directors will lead you through exercises and scenes. We aim to make the audition experience fun and productive for everyone. We want you to succeed, and we are on your side!

WHERE: Finest City Improv – 3746 Sixth Ave, San Diego, CA 92103.
