Festivals, especially PRIDE festivals, especially IMPROV PRIDE festivals are a wild ride. It’s important to take some time to regroup, re-center, and breathe.
That’s where Justin Condon comes in! Justin will be leading Yoga for Improvisers, a special event just for performers and attendees of Impride.
Mindful awareness is at the core of honest improv, and the goal of yoga practice is to cultivate mindfulness through postures and meditation. This class explores a grounded and mindful yoga practice that can prepare us physically, connect us energetically, and assist in playful scene-work. Some yoga experience is recommended, but not required. Bring your own mat and arrive ready to move!
Save your spot to stay mindful with Justin on Sunday, July 8th at 8:00am.
